Return & Refund Policy

At Mansaaz, we want you to have a great shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Have original tags and packaging intact
  • Not be damaged by the customer

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products used or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Clear product photos (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.


4. Refund Policy

After we receive the returned product and inspect it:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through UPI or bank transfer.


5. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund, depending on product availability.

Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
For COD returns, refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer after product verification.
